Infinite Chats has three self-service plans. They all include an AI website assistant with a knowledge base; the differences are how many agents you get, your starting minutes, and which tools are included.

How minutes work

Starting minutes are added once when your account is created and do not renew each month. After that, you buy minute packs from your dashboard:

100 minutes for $35
500 minutes for $150
1,500 minutes for $375

One minute of AI conversation uses one minute from your balance.

Billing and refunds

Plans renew monthly until you cancel. Plan payments can be refunded within 7 days; minute packs within 7 days only if no minutes were used. See the refund policy.

Estimating your minutes

Think about how many website conversations you expect in a month and how long they might last. For example, 100 conversations averaging 3 minutes is about 300 minutes. Start with your plan's starting minutes, watch usage in your dashboard, and buy a pack that fits. The larger packs cost less per minute.

Self-service or managed?

These plans are self-service: you set up and manage your own assistant. If you would prefer it built and managed for you, Infinite Marketing offers that as a separate, separately priced service.
